Things you will need:

- "Y" wrench with 14,17,19 head

- Feeler Gauge
- Wrench Size 9,19 or 17

Steps / Procedure
Step 1: Open the left side cover of your engine (location of timing mark for TDC - top dead center) using a Flat head screw
Step 2: Open intake and exhaust valve cap using wrench size 19 (17 in some models)
Step 3: Turn the Magneto counter clockwise using the Y Wrench look at the other hole for the T mark. it usually take 2 turns to Complete
Step 4: Use Size 9 Wrench to loosen the lock nut in your tuppet. (counter Clockwise)

Step 5: Insert Feeler Gauge between tuppet and head (Refer to your Manual for correct distance)
then Gently tighten the lock nut. then gently remove the feeler gauge if you feel a tension while removing the Feeler gauge, it is now ok to tighten the lock nut. same procedure in the exhaust.
Step 6: Resemble all the parts,then start the engine. notice the engine noise is reduce if done correctly.
